Who We need

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the daily activities of furniture and fixture manufacturing workers.

  • Prepare and submit production reports and maintain records related to work progress, quality, and operations.

  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

  • Train or arrange training for workers to ensure proper production methods, safety procedures, and quality standards are followed.

  • Oversee the safe operation of equipment, machines, and production areas.

  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies required for daily manufacturing operations.

  • Set up machines and equipment as needed to support production requirements.

  • Recommend personnel actions and support the supervisor or management team in improving workflow and team performance.

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed.

  • We are seeking an experienced Furniture and Fixture Manufacturing Supervisor to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience overseeing daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for coordinating workers, maintaining production schedules, ensuring safety standards, resolving work issues, and improving productivity and product quality.
